Mr. Warren is a Structural Engineer and Principal with SESOL in Newport Beach, California. He holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from the School of Architecture and Environmental Design at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and a MS in Structural Mechanics and Earthquake Engineering from the School of Civil Engineering at University of California in Irvine, California. Mr. Warren has more than 25 years of professional structural engineering experience in analysis, design, evaluation, construction supervision, education, research and structural engineering analysis and design software development. He is a chair of the Structural Engineer's Association of California's (SEAOC) Publication Committee as well as the SEAOC and Structural Engineer's Association of Southern California' (SEAOSC) Certification Committee.

Randall Crews, PE, SECB

Mr. Crews is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University. As President of Crews Engineering, Inc., his responsibilities entail design development, final design and construction administration and has a strong background in project management. He has over 15 years of responsible design experience for various projects including commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, medical laboratory facilities, governmental buildings, pedestrian bridges, multi-family housing, water treatment facilities and industrial structures. Affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineers Association of Georgia.

Allan H. Gold, AIA, SE, FASCE, SECB

Allan has thirty five years of comprehensive experience as practitioner, educator, building code official, and researcher in the field of Structural and Architectural Engineering. Principal experience has been centered on the following areas: 1.Structural/Architectural investigation, analysis, and rehabilitation of distressed building structures, building envelope systems, bridges, foundation systems, and building materials. 2.Structural Engineering design and management responsibilities for major high-rise and mid-rise office structures, parking garages, institutional, industrial and mixed-use commercial building projects. 3.University level teaching in the areas of structures, engineering mechanics, and construction related topics. 4. Building code official duties included the review of construction documents and structural design criteria pertaining to building structures and their sub-assemblies; building code analysis and preparation; and investigation of structural failures.

Mary Goodson, PE, SECB

Principal Structural Engineer/Design Technology Lead, Structural Engineering

Mary Goodson is a Principal Structural Engineer and Design Technology Lead in the Structural Engineering department at CH2M Hill in Oakland, California. Ms. Goodson has 25 years experience in structural design, structural analysis and computer programming for structural engineer applications. In addition to her extensive experience with computer modeling for structural engineering applications she has also worked with earthquake resistant design including passive energy dissipation systems, and base isolation. Ms. Goodson has served on an inaugural committee for development of building code requirements for base isolation designs and has been appointed to two committees for the California State Board for Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. She is also Chairperson of the California State 8 hour Special Seismic Examination for Structural Engineers. Ms. Goodson earned her BS in Civil Engineering at the University of California at Berkley as well as her MS in Structural Engineering there as well.
